Kendra Robben is an estate planning and corporate law attorney licensed to practice in both Oklahoma and Kansas. She established Robben Law PLLC in November 2009. Previous to the establishment of her law firm, she worked as President and CEO of The Juell Companies LLC, an Ardmore, OK company with various business holdings throughout the US and abroad, and was an associate attorney with Hartzog Conger Cason & Neville. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2007, where she graduated first in her class and was named the Oklahoma Bar Association Outstanding OCU Law Student. Prior to law school Kendra passed the national C.P.A. certification exam after graduating summa cum laude in 2004 from Kansas State University with degrees in both Accounting and Agricultural Economics. Kendra is an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association presently having served on the Strategic Planning Committee, the Law Schools Committee, and the Investment Committee. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the OCU School of Law most recently teaching Wills, Trusts and Estates. She is an occasional speaker at professional development meetings in her practice area, most recently speaking to the Oklahoma Bar Association Solo & Small Firm Conference in a presentation entitled Business Entity Choices: Why the Conventional Wisdom May Not Always Be the Right Choice for Your Clients. She has experience representing clients in all aspects of Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills) and also in Family Business Succession Planning (transition planning from one family generation to the next) and a variety of Corporate Transactions (mergers & acquisitions, real estate transactions, and commercial loan agreements).
