About Kendra Simpson

I believe counseling is a collaborative, client-driven process that allows you to identify strengths and build upon them for positive life change. I am a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) counselor and primarily use this modality in my practice. I provide effective, evidenced based services to teens and adults. Throughout the counseling process, I encourage the inclusion of natural supports to assist those I'm working with achieve wellness. I believe you have the power to attain your goals and live a healthier life through evidence-based, goal-directed clinical work. For those who find difficulty attending appointments in person, I offer teletherapy that securely allows for services to be provided wherever you are at. I look forward to working with you!
