About Kendra Till

I have worked with a diverse range of organizations on innovative programs and projects including professional sports teams, universities and health clinics. Most recently, I helped design and rollout a nationwide 'Women and Waves' program for Surfing Australia which took a holistic approach to creating long-term positive behavior change and encouraged more women to be active in, on and around the ocean. The program focused on physical activity, social connectivity and mindfulness practices. I am most inspired when working with an organization that has a wellness focused work culture. I collaborate well with internal and external teams and am able to work autonomously. One of my biggest passions is Pilates and I pride myself on being not only a comprehensive instructor, but also a mentor and educator with the international Polestar Pilates team.
