I have leveraged these skills in my current role as an Office Administrator at Wheatland County, where I support the smooth and efficient operations of the county's administrative services. In my previous roles as an Office Manager at 123Dentist and Big Country Dental Care, I gained over two years of experience in managing various aspects of the dental office, such as scheduling, billing, payroll, inventory, and compliance. I also improved the patient satisfaction and retention by implementing new software systems and procedures. I am passionate about providing quality service to the county's residents and staff, and I enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
