About Kendrick Steba

There's enough negativity in the world, that's why I always look on the bright side of life, whatever happens. I've worked on a mindset where I started replacing negative thoughts with positive ones. When doing this I mostly started having positive results. I have a passion for design, striking communication and art. I love to dig into solving a problem with creative thinking. The appreciation I get for checking of a problem gives me a sense of accomplishment. At a young age I've started working and helping in the dancing school of my parents. When I was old enough I figured that I wanted to play a bigger part in the business. Aside from being a host behind the bar during parties, I started creating digital products and promotion material for the dancing school. In the past years i've learnt alot about myself during my personal, study and professional experiences. These are some of the skills i've developed that come in handy on the workfloor- Self management and confidence - Multitasking and a teamplay mentality - Attention to details My Vision and mission As a creative designer I want to work on creating delightful content that adds a positive value to peoples live and mental states. I want to aim for a stresfree world. I believe that stress is created in the mind and can be prevented if you achieve inner and outer harmony. My working ethics - Problem-solving oriënted I get motivation out of solving problems. Not only on the workfloor but in my daily life as well- Aiming for excellence not perfection When I strive for excellence, I aimto learn from others and keep improving while turning knowledge into something that matches my nature. When you aim for perfection you are afraid to experiment- A positive mindset I am well aware that positivity results in more creativity. For me it's important to keep a positive mindset and positively motivate the people I work with.
