As an Operations Coordinator at Hera Flight, I am responsible for managing the daily operations of the flight booking platform, checking all flight records and navigation, monitoring all aircraft from the moment they leave the airport until they arrive at their scheduled destination, and providing oversight and assistance to all ground crews responsible for handling and refueling the planes. I also assist in scheduling crews and booking any/all travel necessary to get pilots home after their rotation. I have over two years of work experience in sales, customer service, and hospitality, having previously worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Angi and a Server at Catablu Grille. I have developed strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration, as well as a passion for travel and aviation. I am always eager to learn new things, improve my performance, and contribute to the success of the company.
