Hi! My name is Kenesia, but I also go by Dezy. I am currently a high performing Traveling Health Technician and Phlebotomist with 4-5 years of experience. What does my role consist of you say! So glad you asked, I conduct physical health and wellness checkups as a preventive for more common health issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol and more. I have experience in pediatric and adolescent venipuncture as well as adult. I have an extensive history of delivering remarkable customer service. Creating comforting, compassionate, and reassuring environments to the best of my abilities, all while cutting the patients doctors’ bill practically in half and delivering results within 24-72 hours. I’ve helped provide care and bring awareness to well over 5500 patients in my current position. Recently promoted to another role as clinic lead has allowed me to use numerous leadership skills I’ve obtained over time such as communication and decisiveness, to provide services efficiently and effectively. Having very little management in this role I’m able to display my exemplary wide range of skills from organizational, time management, and disciplinary to tech savvy. As much as I would like to continue in this area of Healthcare, I’ve decided to pursue a less hands on more Customer Service based role. It still allows me to assist and care for others, which is what I’ve done for over 10 years and would definitely love to continue to do. Possessing the ability to not only adapt quickly with my exceptional problem solving skills but i am also very flexible in learning new positions and roles. I have also had the opportunity to work alone with little to no management. Although I am currently browsing Customer service based positions, I am open to other opportunities as well.
