About Keni Carmichael

I am a senior solicitor and notary public in Harper Macleod's Dispute Resolution team. I am dedicated to providing high-quality legal advice and practical solutions tailored to meet the unique needs and objectives of my clients. I advise clients in a variety of civil and commercial matters including property-related disputes, professional negligence claims, sports disputes, actions for defamation, contentious executries, contract disputes and complex debt recovery actions. I am also experienced in dealing with contentious information technology and intellectual property matters. I appear regularly in the Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and have instructed and worked alongside Junior and Senior Counsel in high-value and complex actions litigated in the Court of Session (in both the Inner and Outer House). I have also acted for various sport governing bodies, athletes and sport agents and represent clients in sporting tribunals and sport disciplinary committee hearings. I also represent clients during mediation and other alternative dispute resolution platforms, including at the World Intellectual Property Arbitration and Mediation Centre.
