Computer Science and Software Engineering Professor with experience as a Software Engineer and Scientific Researcher. During my career, I have worked as a Software Engineer and Software Developer for different companies. Supporting others is my main motivation to deliver my best. Currently, I work as a Computer Science & Software Development professor at the College of Engineering and Technology of Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, AZ, United States. In this position, I focus on providing high-quality instructions and guidance to the next generation of Software Engineers, Developers, and Computer Science. I teach Agile Methodologies for Software Development in the Cloud(Scrum, Jira, Confluence, Git), Object-Oriented Paradigm with multiple programming languages(C++, Java, C#), Web Development (FronteEnd: JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React and Backend: C++, Java, C#), Software Design and Architecture, Communication and Ethics in Science, and more. Nowadays, I have scientific publications in US, European, and Mexican high-impact journals that several authors have cited in studies related to Biomedical and Industrial Applications, and Laser Technologies. My scientific articles are published in IOPscience, Elsevier, Optical Engineering, Nova Scientia, etc. In 2020, I was granted the award of National Researcher of Mexico (SNI its acronym in Spanish) and I have kept the status to date. My research interests include Numerical Simulations, Modeling, Programming, Software Engineering, Databases and AI. Currently, I have the degrees of Bachelor's in Computer Sciences, MS in Applied Sciences, and Ph.D. in Applied Sciences. In addition, I have a Postdoctorate in Applied Engineering.
