From 2018 I am responsibility for Converged Infrastructure development lead in Japan ss a senior Manager. There are 7 people in Japan deployment team within about 40 people in APJ. Our products are VxBlock, VxRack, VxRail, which Transform operations with turnkey integrated systems that accelerate IT outcomes, or continue to leverage existing operating models while gaining HCI benefits through flexible, pre-validated HCI building. I have been helping to move the customer from the legacy IT infrastructure to modernize IT infrastructure. From 2015 As a senior consultant since May 2015, I am mainly responsible for major financial companies. As an IT platform adviser that is trusted by the client CXO and department manager level, formulate the ideal future based on the mid- to long-term customer business strategy, extract gaps (issuers, problems) with the current system, and solve them, priority Presenting the ranking and creating a roadmap towards the future figure to be the future and making it along with customers and making suggestions. From 2010 I was in charge of major communications, major manufacturing and major insurance company as sales manager. I carefully grasped the challenges of the customer CXO and department manager level and examine solutions that solve them with the team members. I led the Sales activities until proposing, implementing and fixing. I won Service Sales of the year Asian Pacific & Japan in 2012. From 2008 I was in charge of manager of HP Software Service Delivery Division. We achieved about 600 million yen revenue. In addition to People Management, I recovered a major finance company project as a project manager a period of 10 month and successfully acquired acceptance. From 2007 I was in charge of IT infrastructure building department manager.(35 employees) We achieved about 1 billion yen revenue. In addition to People Management, I was responsible for career path evaluation index model creation and employment interview.
