To be updated A content marketing manager in eBook service of Rakuten Kobo. I have led the rapid growth of its sales in Japan. Covering wide range of marketing activities by small and young team; campaign planning and execution, customer relationship, data-science based marketing, merchandizing, O2O promotion collaborating with third party, etc. Before moving to content marketing, I worked as a legal staff in Rakuten for 5 years. Reviewing of various types of contract in Japanese and English; drafting of terms and conditions and privacy policy; support of M&A and organization restructuring; operation of shareholders meeting and board of directors; settlement of litigations and troubles; and legal screening of new businesses (a wide variety of internet-based services, eBook and contents business, eMoney, cross-border selling, etc.) Based on the deep understanding of the nature of internet business, offering the flexible support for the management from both the business and legal point of view for totally new type of business.
