Nothing we do or encounter occurs in a vacuum. Great leadership, learning, and performance position us to positively impact our shared society. The foundational principle of my training, development, and speaking is an emphasis on results and positive societal impact. As teams are required to maximize resources, it is very important that the investment in training and development efforts show a return on investment and expectation. Whether working with individuals or organizations, my focus is to engage audiences through inspiration and motivation and facilitate the transition to action and performance. As a veteran, consultant, entrepreneur, and PhD candidate, I have enjoyed researching, demonstrating, and facilitating effective leadership, learning, and performance. My proficiency in training and performance was developed while proudly serving as a Chief Petty Officer in the United States Navy, where I had the privilege of working with and for some of the finest men and women one could encounter. As a John Maxwell Certified Trainer and Speaker, I offer workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and training programs to support in-depth study and practical application of John’s proven leadership principles.
