About Kenn Murray

I started my career in Real Estate, Property in 1973. My first position was as a Property Manager at the “then” Department of Civil Aviation. After a number of years working in Technical Projects Area in the development of the new Perth Airport International Terminal I moved into Airport management where I was deployed to Christmas Island, in conjunction with the Casino development, to develop the airport into a fully functioning International Airport with regards to aircraft operations, passenger movement and to develop the commercial viability of the Airport and Develop a Commercial Plan for the Island. On my return I took a role of Commercial Property Manager at Perth Airport ultimately to become the Retail Development Manager and was instrumental in designing the International terminal retail areas as you now know them. As a result of the success of his previous projects I was invited to join the Westfield as a leasing co-ordinator for the new Carousel Shopping Centre redevelopment. On completion of the Westfield Carousel project, I decided to become an Hotelier and took up a lease on a small Irish Tavern, for a period of 4 years. It was a lot of fun and many of the customers are still friends today. I have had many passions in my life be it sports cars, music, motor bikes or any form of technology. However, one of my main passions was house renovations and after completing a number of “love” jobs I had a spell at buying, refurbishing and selling homes. This gave Kenn, the motivation to apply himself and study for his Triennial Diploma in real estate to continue the dream. “REAL ESTATE” Throughout Kenn’s career the main focus has been customer Service and Satisfaction, his career to date would not have happened if he had let that focus go.
