I’m a proven maximizer demonstrated by obtaining my law degree and licensure while employed full time as a VP with one of the country's largest banks! As a Corporate Attorney via consultancy, my legal experience includes Antitrust Law, Data Privacy, Regulatory Law, Litigation Support, and Commercial Real Estate transactions. In my current full time role as a VP in Model Governance, I flawlessly utilize my law license to ensure regulatory compliance and legal approvals of 38 financial models with risk exposure of over 5 billion dollars. My regulatory responsibilities includes ensuring policy adherence throughout the entire model life cycle of Quantitative and Machine Learning models. Additionally, I’m a proven SME in financial lending and mortgage operations demonstrated by 12+ years of upper management experience leading hundreds of team members within the banking industry. My regulatory compliance experience includes Fair Lending, CRA, FIRREA, USPAP and HMDA, Bank Secrecy Act, SOX, AML, OFAC, RESPA, TRID, and FCRA.
