About Kennedi Slay

I am an aspiring policy analyst who enjoys analyzing law and social, environmental, and educational issues. I have strong research skills and an academic background in political science, religious studies, Spanish, and public policy. My passion lies in determining a current or impending problem, figuring out various solutions, and examining proposed explanations. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Georgia Southern University in 2019, I pursued and earned my Master's degree in Public Policy from Liberty University. I have a primarily academic experience in policy. Throughout my educational career, I have analyzed the Supporting Youth Opportunity and Preventing Delinquency Act of 2016, the Juvenile Justice Reform Act of 2017, the religious freedoms of American citizens, the Savannah Police Department's diversity hiring policy, and former presidential campaign tactics.
