Senior Executive since Feb 2020. This position opened several opportunities to improve skills in procurement, project management, problem-solving, Health & Safety on equipment, usage and SOPs. 1st level of support on Access Control System, PBX, Lifts, CCTV, IT network and equipment. At the same time, I provide support to customers who would like to apply for assistance through ME Incentives within Business Development Malta. This involves meeting the customer to discuss the proposed project and preparing a memo for the project evaluation team. In 2018 moved to Malta Enterprise as an Administrator - Outreach with Business Development Malta. In 2017 joined Vodafone as a Project Manager. In this role, he was involved in the implementation of the GDPR and platform migrations. Worked closely with software delivery, QA and infrastructure teams In 2013 joined the IT team as a Development Coordinator. Over the years he was involved in project management, SharePoint administration, development, Mock and UAT testing and test automation. Later on, he moved into Commercial as a Device Support Manager managing eight technicians covering the five retail outlets owned by GO. In early Kenneth joined Go Mobisle as a Junior Executive. He was involved in the setting up, commissioning and acceptance testing of the Mobile Switching Center (MSC), Home Location Register (HLR), uninterrupted power supply and Network Control Center. In mid 90's he was on loan as an Operation Manager with Elsacom Malta Ltd (Telephony and Data Satellite Operator). This was a very important milestone since this was just on paper and he was responsible in the setting up of the HUB earth station in Halfar Malta. After the apprenticeship, he was posted in the semi-electronic international exchange as a technician.A few years later he was appointed as a technical officer. Kenneth has over 35 years of experience in the telecommunication industry. He started from a three years apprenticeship with Telemalta Corporation (Fixed Telephone Operator) where he experienced all the various sections including Cables, Lines, workshops, Test rooms and exchanges.
