Hello, I'm Kenneth! I’m a Creative Program Manager at Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange. I manage complex creative projects and campaigns across diverse global markets, including MENASA and APAC. I collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to bring creative conceptualisations to life, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns. This hands-on experience in program and project management has honed my ability to effectively balance multiple priorities, manage timeline and resources, and coordinate with international stakeholders. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Digital Media Technology (Honours) from Xiamen University Malaysia. My academic background has equipped me with a solid foundation across a range of creative and technological disciplines, including game development, 3D modeling and animation, film production, sound design, UI/UX design, web/mobile app development, Virtual Reality (VR), and Augmented Reality (AR). With my work experiences, paired with over 4 years of education in Digital Media Technology Engineering and involvement in extracurriculars, have conditioned me to be resilient, hands-on, and developed in me an eagerness to utilize my creative and marketing background in developing consumer-centric digital experiences.‍ Outside my commitments, I enjoy experimenting with different expressive outlets, such as entrepreneurship (I've co-founded a creative and digital marketing agency - Brandlites Media), fine arts (film production, photography, and music production), as well as sports (badminton)!
