About Kenneth Daugherty

As a Shipping Supervisor at Miller Industries, I manage the daily operations of the shipping and receiving department, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products and services to our customers. I also oversee the inventory control, quality assurance, and safety compliance of our warehouse and fleet. With my BS degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Southern New Hampshire University, I apply the best practices and strategies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our shipping and freight operations. Prior to joining Miller Industries, I was a CDL Program Director at Ancora Education, where I oversaw the entry level driver training of new CDL applicants for B2B customers. I designed and implemented the curriculum, policies, and procedures for the CDL program, and coordinated with the state and federal agencies to ensure compliance and accreditation. I also trained and supervised the instructors, evaluators, and staff, and maintained a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. With my 22 years of experience as a military veteran and a truck driver, I have a deep understanding of the transportation industry and the skills and knowledge required to succeed in it. I am passionate about helping others achieve their career goals and providing quality education and training.
