I am a HR Generalist/Payroll Coordinator at Stringam LLP, a leading law firm in Alberta with over 40 years of experience. I support the full spectrum of human resources functions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and training and development. I also assist in administering HRIS systems and processes through ADP/Payroll Processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance. I have a strong educational background in human resources management and supply chain management, as well as anthropology and women and gender studies, from the University of Lethbridge. I have also obtained multiple certifications, such as Indigenous Canada, Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR), and Certified Talent Management Practitioner (CTMP), to enhance my knowledge and expertise in the field of HR. I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team of lawyers and staff, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges. My goal is to contribute to the success and growth of the organization by improving people practices and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
