He began his career as a programmer on a Y2K project for a leading first-Filipino I.T. Company in the Philippines. Not only has he been involved with software development from different I.T. companies, He developed and implemented QA processes as well as managed testing teams. His project delivery experience with Accenture Delivery Center in the Philippines enabled him to become more mature in the IT Industry. He is a functional Test Application Manager and managed the capacity of a 35-man team performing Functional/System testing for Banking, Telecommunications, and Health and Science companies. He regularly communicates directly with client teams. He prepares and submits testing metrics, manage the workload of testing teams, both local and onsite resources, throughout test plan development and test execution - ensure testing is on time and within budget. He was also a contributor and presenter during client visits. Kent is experienced in Test Planning, Test Preparation and Test Execution phases using HP Mercury Quality Center as the main testing tool. He is recognized as a subject matter expert by the Testing Center of Excellence - Proficient in Test Management, Test Preparation and Test Assessments. Implements Quality processes using the Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMi), ISO27001 and Accenture Delivery Methodology in the Philippines (ADMP).
