Hello and welcome to my profile! I am a multilingual IT support analyst with long-term employment experience from Norway, UK, Ireland and France. I'm working in the printing industry since currently employed by Xerox where I work in the Global Escalated Support team. My main expertise is in the realm of networking / connectivity (DNS, DHCP, SMTP, LDAP, SMB, PKI, 802.1x), drivers & deployment and print management solutions. My principal function is to provide support for our software support specialists, post/pre sales analysts and customers mainly across the EMEA region. My typical day-to-day tasks include ticket management through our escalation systems, investigating problems, replicating customer environments in which network or print related problems can be reproduced and resolved, analyzing Wireshark pcap files, documenting solutions, populating knowledge bases, studying and learning about new products or technology, attending or presenting meetings be it with my escalation point and developers in the US and India or with colleagues, partners and customers worldwide.
