As a Senior Clinical Consultant at Quest Diagnostics, I apply my 20+ years of experience and expertise in cardiometabolic disease to provide clinical guidance, education, and support to healthcare professionals, laboratory staff, and sales teams. I am passionate about advancing the diagnosis and prevention of cardiometabolic disorders, such as diabetes, heart disease, and stroke, by using comprehensive lipid/lipoprotein testing and biomarkers of inflammation, oxidative stress, and endothelial dysfunction.I also managed multiple clinical departments, including medical science liaisons, dietitians, and training, ensuring clinical accuracy, consistency, and quality in all products and services. I work closely with marketing and laboratory to develop and implement innovative solutions and strategies that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders. I have been a frequent lecturer and guest speaker at national and international conferences, symposiums, and agencies, sharing my knowledge and insights on cardiometabolic risk assessment and management.
