About Kenneth Goh

As Assoc. Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship with experience at Singapore Management University and Ivey Business School (Canada), I specialize in how organizations navigate governance, leadership, and innovation. My research, published in leading management journals, examines the dynamic processes that drive collaboration, entrepreneurial strategy, and long-term value creation. Alongside my academic work, I advise wealth owners and philanthropic leaders on governance and strategy—bridging financial capital with changemakers to unlock innovation and scale social impact. In classrooms, boardrooms, and advisory settings, I focus on turning insight into actionable strategies that help boards, leaders, families, and teams adapt, grow, and leave a legacy. Beyond academia, I serve in the community as President of Singapore Aquatics, Vice-President of Asia Aquatics, and President of the Southeast Asia Aquatics Federation. These roles allow me to strengthen governance and partnerships in sport, creating pathways for athletes and communities from grassroots participation to elite competition. Across these roles, my mission is simply to develop ecosystems that transform potential into performance, and performance into lasting impact.
