About Kenneth Gross

Ken is an extremely hard working and focused team player, who approaches all tasks with a high degree of enthusiasm, maturity, and tenacity. Most recently as a Skipper for a sailing charter in the British Virgin Islands, he frequently proved his abilities to manage and motivate mixed groups of people at all levels of experience. He was often commended for the performance, skill, and composure displayed in high stress situations. His experience aboard all types of sailing and motor vessels including large commercial vessels, shore side generating stations and Naval military experience, proves his wide range of experience and capacity to adapt and be successful in any situation. Previously, twelve combined years as an Officer in the United States Navy and Naval Reserves. Most recently he has excelled in a well balanced mix of shore side professional engineering and leadership positions, as well as continued professional and recreational maritime experience. This has resulted in wide range of highly accountable technical, management and organizational achievements.
