About Kenneth Hines

Kenneth “Professor” Hines, Jr. is a multi-discipline and former celebrity photographer from Atlanta, GA. Based in Atlanta and New York, Professor Hines is a former Ambassador for the world’s number one full frame mirrorless camera company, Sony Electronics (2017-2019) and currently an ambassador for SIRUI Imaging and ZEISS Lenses and host of ZEISS Conversations for ZEISS Camera Lenses Americas. At 18 he began his career on the campus of Berea College in Berea, Kentucky. Within his first year he photographed Miss America 2011 semi-finalist Djuan Trent (Miss Kentucky 2010), Real Housewives of Atlanta star and former super model, Cynthia Bailey and rapper, Ludacris, propelling him quickly in his career as a powerhouse newcomer in the photography industry. His work has been featured by numerous publications/online media, such as Celebrity Bride Guide, Life & Style Weekly, Brides, The Weather Channel, The Atlantan Magazine and Curbed Atlanta. He’s worked with companies such as Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Sotheby Realty, International Interior Design Association, Sony Professional Solutions USA, ZEISS Camera Lenses and Adobe. He’s hosted various photowalk events across the country and presently is a public speaker with ZEISS Camera Lenses’ Master Class series. In 2019 Hines was featured as a speaker for the USA’s largest photography trade show, Photoplus Expo, held in New York City. Outside of photography, Kenneth has served as media director for various churches across the country. He was the social media director for the Atlanta Berean Seventh-day Adventist Church (2013-2016), cinema director for Worship with Wonders Church in Atlanta (2018-2019) and director of photography and social media for Breath of Life TV Ministry with Dr. Carlton P. Byrd and the Oakwood University Church in Huntsville, AL. Today Kenneth is known for his latest work in Street Photography, which he shares among his community of over online. He’s known for his signature style of vibrant, deep contrast imagery and gained a reputation for his content in teaching about his style from beginning to end. He presently operates an online store, featuring his own artwork and custom Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop presets and teaches workshops across the country.
