In today's customer service oriented society, timely, friendly, and proactive service is sought to enhance future business growth. I believe I have the necessary qualifications and skills to successfully fulfill a customer service position requirements. My Knowledge of computers, which enables me to pick up new systems, work independently, and efficiently makes me a perfect fit for many customer service positions. I've worked in the customer service field for the last five years with companies such as M&T Bank, Mckenzie-Childs, The United States Postal Service, and other reputable organizations. The last position I held at M&T Bank was as a Sr. Customer Service Representative. During my time working there, I was a coach for new hire employees; during their first five weeks of training. On a average day, I worked with over 100 customers and assisted with all types of account inquiries. The complexity of the issues would range from call to call. In addition, I possess personal qualities that make me an ideal candidate for a customer service position. I enjoy speaking with people and finding the best solutions to meet their needs. I am able to remain calm and positive even when others around me are stressed, anxious, and negative. I work well independently and require very little direct supervision to successfully complete my job. I am also an energetic worker who is able to give as much effort and dedication to my last call of the day as I am to the first.
