I am a Retail Banking professional with long (30 years) and deep experience in Board memberships, leadership, digitalisation, asset management and credit risk management. I have a strong track record in delivering on companies stategic goals and financial results. As Country Manager in Danske Bank I led the work for the bank being the first in the market with online loan negotiations, online signing of loan documents, among the first ones working with DIAS (doing housing buyings and sellings online) and introduced MobilePay in Finland (being today the biggest mobile payment and money transferring application in the country). Also in Kiinteistömaailma Group, where I now act as Partner, we put strong emphasis on making easy and convenient digital solutions for housing and real estate buying and selling. Working as a board member in Garantia I maintain my knowledge in banking solutions, asset management, risk management, banking and insurance regulation. Garantia's main business is providing loan guarantees for consumers and corporates.
