About Kenneth Kapecki

Ken is a seasoned managing director in Deloitte’s Real Estate Advisory Practice with over 35 years of experience. He has been a trusted advisor to CEOs, executive teams, and boards of directors, assisting them in expanding, divesting, and transforming their businesses in a dynamic real estate market. Ken is the lead client service partner for a large real estate service firm and serves on the National Advisory Committee for the People with Disabilities & Allies Community at Deloitte. Ken is renowned for his expertise in market trends, valuation methods, and compliance regarding financial and tax reporting. He has deep experience in strategic growth, restructuring, complex litigation, and business planning. Ken has worked on assignments across all 50 states and several foreign countries and holds appraisal licenses in 10 states. He has qualified as an expert witness in various U.S. courts, and has provided consultative litigation support related to transactions, federal land acquisitions, conservation easements, and other complex real estate issues. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and hold a Member of the Appraisal Institute (“MAI”), Counselor of Real Estate (“CRE”) and Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (“FRICS”) designations. When I’m not with my clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, fitness, sports, reading and gardening.
