1⃣Aug 2010: Commenced my University internship and career in real estate with Orchard Turn Developments - a joint venture company between CapitaLand and Sun Hung Kai Properties. Orchard Turn Developments developed & manages a mixed-use development comprising ION Orchard & The Orchard Residences. I was part of the Residential Team handling sales & marketing, unit handovers & defects rectification. 2⃣Jan 2018: Had a stint with MCL Land managing their Singapore & Vietnam Residential portfolio in the areas of QAQC, unit handovers & defects rectification. 3⃣Oct 2018: An opportunity to join Far East Organization’s Corporate Real Estate Business Group in a revenue generating role as a Leasing Executive.4⃣Feb 2019: My role expanded to include sales as a Sales & Leasing Consultant, Business Space Portfolio with a focus on 70% lease and 30% sales revenue in KPI. 5⃣Mar 2021: Promoted to Sales & Leasing Consultant, Team Leader, Business Space Portfolio where additional responsibilities encompass market strategy and mentoring of Team’s Sales & Leasing Consultants.6⃣Mar 2023: Promoted to Sales & Leasing Manager, Business Space Portfolio, leading a team of 2 direct reports to achieve organisation targets. 7⃣May 2024: Designated as Leasing Manager, Business Space Portfolio as part of Organisation’s new direction for our department to focus on driving improved rental reversions. In April 2025, leasing portfolio expanded to include strata retail properties.8⃣Mar 2026: Promoted to Senior Leasing Manager, Strata Retail & Office Portfolio. W.e.f 1 April 2026, officially took on the role of Cluster Lead, leading a team of 5 direct reports to achieve organisation targets.
