About Kenneth Lam

With almost 17 years of working experience, I am a specialist in the operation management in the pension and fund services industry. Throughout the last decade, I had actively participated in various projects including the DIS project, Automated Image Workflow System enhancement, ongoing MPF and ORSO schemes conversion, etc. As a First Vice President in the Pension Services of Bank Consortium Trust Company Limited, I am now leading a team of around 20 people, responsible for daily operations and ad hoc projects handling of BCT’s sponsored schemes and various third party individual schemes. Design, implement and monitor the operation flow are my key responsibilities. In addition, I have to meet clients with frontline marketing representatives to ensure quality of services delivery and provide full support of some tailor-made service to premier clients. In case of regulatory changes, I have to meet the regulator on behalf of BCT to discuss the implementation plans. Academically, as an ACCA, Master holder in Professional Accounting and Bachelor holder in Business Administration, my solid education background provides me necessary knowledge in accounting and auditing rules, as well as investment. Besides, I have attained Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) qualification in 2012 to enhance my awareness in cost control and resources allocation in project management.
