About Kenneth Lame

I have very diverse business experience encompassing many fields over 25 years. I have had my own companies and I have worked for very large corporations. I have quite a bit of experience in service industries, construction including upgrades, demolition, remodels, new construction. I have extensive water chemistry and water feature experience due to my years in the swimming pool industry in So Cal. Although many of my years of work include me being self-employed, I had to perform work for many management companies in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties. I have learned to follow both written and verbal instructions and abide by all rules and regulations of city, county, state, and health dept. codes. I have obtained many certificates and specialty licenses as needed per each trade I have worked in. I have a very strong work ethic and have always gone above and beyond what was required of me. I also have equipment operating experience, have a CDL Lic. Class A with Hazmat Endorsements. I have worked as an operations manager, scheduled routes, trained employees, administered tests. I am very mechanical, mathematical, and a strong problem solver. I enjoy challenges and working with the public is one of my best skills. I am often relegated to positions of leadership for companies I have worked for. I am a good motivator, team player with supervisorial skills and experience. I have done a lot of youth coaching for many years and learned how to motivate others to succeed and push themselves in both business and sports to achieve all they can achieve and not settle for mediocrity. I have served on many boards, both professional and in youth sports, often as president of the boards. After traveling for many years on my current job, I am seeking a gainful long term position that would get me back home and working within the community I live in.
