I am a versatile & performance-driven Executive Manager contributing progressive experience leading diverse teams of up to 450 personnel in a variety of capacities for the US military. Throughout my career I have been consistently recognized as a persuasive communicator, influencer and presenter with tactical and strategic vision, keen bottom-line focus and documented success driving significant program improvements, generating innovative performance/process optimizations and surpassing aggressive operational goals. Since 1990 I have served in a variety of executive leadership capacities within the United States Air Force. I currently lead 5 divisions in the Air & Space Operations Center encompassing 425 personnel with direct oversight of a $3.9M budget and $84.2M in assets as the Deputy Director/Commander. I spearhead strategic and operational air campaign planning, tasking and execution of a full spectrum Air Operations Center supporting EUCOM, AFRICOM, NATO & Coalition leaders.Prior to my most recent experience, I excelled in numerous high-profile roles including-Senior Manager/Director of a 79-person Air Mobility Division managing mobility operations and planning, dispatching and providing 24/7 control of 86 mobility aircraft worth $6.6B-Senior Manager/Director of Air, Space & Information Operations directing a high-powered team of 68 (military & civilians) responsible for planning and executing contingency and exercise operations throughout the Pacific -Senior Manager/Director of an Exercise Operations Division where I orchestrated the planning and execution of a $24M per year program consisting of 30+ major military exercises in the Department of Defense's largest area of operationsI earned a Master of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University & Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California. I hold an active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance and the rank of Colonel (O-6).
