About Kenneth Mitchell

I am a self driven, motivated entrepreneur with an extensive computer, management, technology, and leadership background. I work well within a team, but I am able to accomplish any task alone as well. I thoroughly enjoy technology and the innovation of new concepts and ideas. There have been so many times throughout my life that I have been faced with a task that I wasn't sure how to do, and no one around to teach me so, I taught myself how to accomplish it. Sometimes trial and error is the best teacher for a new found skill. I co-own a very successful semi-professional football team that has been active, and still expanding in the local community for more than 10 years. I take great pride in our team and how we have helped teach our young adults the importance of family and teamwork. Not only do we instill football skills into these young men, our whole team helps out with the local youth sports programs as well. From football camps, to coaching, to referees, we strive to help our youth become not only great athletes, but also great young adults in a society full of entitled people, we want them to be that change we all hope for. I am also the sole owner of a very successful water transfer printing business that has been recognized nation-wide, and even in a few foreign countries. It is well known for it's quality, top notch work throughout many automotive and firearm communities. Hydrographics turned from a hobby, to sustainable income in a very short time. Not only hydrographics, but now, specialty coatings and laser engraving as well. I have taught myself each of these skills and become very proficient in both the software and physical sides of the industry. I most recently worked for Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, helping students succeed in earning their educational degree and managing the office at Holloman AFB. Over the past 3 years, I have exceeded the projections set before me each fiscal year, and recently received an Excellence award in October 2017. I left ERAU in January of 2019 as I moved to my new home Rio Rancho, New Mexico, to further pursue my dream of being a successful business owner. I needed to broaden the reach of my business, while maintaining that hometown feeling for my family. Rio Rancho has been a great move so far and we are loving our new city. Currently I am working part time from home while also looking forward to something more stable in these tough times. Moving to a new city has had it challenges, and we have overcome them all, but it is time to not only overcome, but to grow and move forward.
