I have an extensive background as a contractor/laborer and possess experience in custodial maintenance as well as knowledge in how to handle most equipment and chemical mixtures. I am a resourceful, self-starting individual seeking a rewarding career that would allow me to apply my skills needed in order to grow within a company. I have been a part of major renovations to buildings, offices and apartments which included total demolitions and repairs. I have also supervised maintenance crews of six or more crew members. I coordinated their daily duties and moves to various work sites while working as the liaison between my crew and upper management. Lastly, I have worked in custodial maintenance overseeing the responsibilities of maintaining apartment buildings. My duties included handling all tenant inquiries which included making repairs within their apartments when needed. I was responsible for the removal of refuse and ensuring the proper execution of facility’s recycling program. I maintained all hallways, staircases and the building's main lobby including the exterior of the building.
