Background

About Kenneth Rowe

I’m a U.S. Army Soldier and current Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Southern New Hampshire University, preparing for licensure in New York State. With over a decade of experience in high-pressure leadership roles, including as a Suicide Awareness Specialist and Equal Opportunity Leader, I’ve worked closely with individuals navigating trauma, stigma, and systemic challenges. Alongside my military career, I serve as the Chief Financial Officer for a growing family business in the event production industry. In this role, I oversee financial planning, operations, and growth strategy. Balancing entrepreneurship and service has sharpened my ability to lead with clarity, make data-informed decisions, and manage complex organizational systems, all skills I bring into my counseling work and professional identity.
