My background is built upon solid management/engineering experience and skills. I started my working career in 1995 as maintenance technician and has developed ever since. In 2007 I was appointed my first managerial position as engineering manager and I have gained skills and experience as a leader continously and keeps on growing. Who am I as a manager?
