About Kenneth Seale

My strong background in many aspects of construction, environmental services, and hazardous materials will make me an excellent candidate for many different types of employment positions. With over 20 years of residential, commercial, and industrial experience as an environmental specialist, general contractor and property maintenance lead, I have had the opportunity to learn all aspects of project management. I have run my own agencies in both general contracting and hazardous material clean-up and managed multiple staff and multiple projects simultaneously. Multi-tasking, leading by example, exhibiting good judgement and being able to make appropriate, and accurate decisions were all required to run these companies successfully. I am skilled in sub-surface work, how to handle hazardous materials, and completing general construction projects. Safety has been the utmost concern throughout all my positions, especially when dealing with potentially dangerous conditions. Since moving to Michigan, I have also been Director of Environmental Services at a 72-bed inpatient physical rehabilitation facility. I oversaw the Maintenance, Laundry and Housekeeping departments. Additionally, I have been Team Maintenance Lead for a 75 unit residential apartment complex with 4 commercial storefronts and a 108 unit residential apartment complex with a pool.
