I am a highly experienced researcher in the bioscience field and help companies to successfully meet their objectives within their fixed timelines. I do this by having command of immunoassays such as ELISA, ECL and cell based assays. I have been successful because of my ability to collaborate with my coworkers and many different departments, as well as my meticulous attention to detail. What's unique about my approach is my friendly demeanor and ability to forge strong relationships.In my work as a Sr. QC Analyst, I successfully led the method transfer and validation of a cell based potency assay. I performed several assays and successfully tested PPQ and stability lots, while maintaining the cell lab and scheduling the staff. I utilized my technical writing skills to write many SOPs and Reports which were vital in the submission of a BLA on a fixed timeline. This position required strong cGMP knowledge and select agent clearance.My work as a Research Associate allowed me to learn, develop and refine many different assay techniques. I mastered immunoassays, cell based assays, ELISA, Elispot, Luminex, SPR, Western, etc. I was able to hone my troubleshooting skills and was able to develop assays to make them more efficient and improve their processes. This position required work with radioactive material, select agents, GLP and cGMP.
