I am a synergistic leader fully capable of handling every situation that faces an Executive Manager with a guarantee to deliver 100% customer satisfaction. I have a proven track record of effectively turning around organizations which were in need of a strong management program. My Total Quality Management philosophy keeps me focused on the mission and ensures that I never become complacent. I have included a couple of extra ordinary accomplishment excerpts to substantiate my claim. On October 11, 2004, I reported for work to the Bassett Unified School District (BUSD), not aware that it was on the cusp of bankruptcy and state conservator-ship. I immediately joined a task-force that included: Board of Education Members, BUSD Superintendent of Schools, Assistant Superintendents and other stakeholders to strategize, develop and implement a plan to pass a local Bond Measure that provided the BUSD with 40 to 60 million dollars for rebuilding a refurbishing its ailing infrastructure and facilities. In 2008, through tough negotiations with Ministry of the Interior, Kabul Afghanistan and two Afghanistan General Officers, I was able to build an 11 room medical clinic within a newly constructed Shamshad 202 Headquarters Building. My efforts saved US taxpayers U.S. dollars. This facility immediately began to treat and serve over 400 hundred local Afghan National Police Officers and thousands of their family members. I was awarded the United States BRONZE STAR MEDAL for my efforts. I have done many extra ordinary things throughout my careers and my TYPE A personality will not allow me to do any less.
