Ken began his Chubb career in Detroit, Michigan, then served in the St. Louis office from 1987 to 1994 as Senior Underwriter and Department Manager of executive protection insurance products including directors’ & officers’ liability, fidelity, fiduciary, employment practices and kidnap coverage. From 1994 to 1996, he served in Chubb’s New Jersey Headquarters as the Worldwide Fidelity Insurance Manager. From 1996 to he served as New York City’s Executive Protection (EP) Insurance Department Manager and subsequently the Mid-Atlantic Zone EP Insurance Manager overseeing six branches. From to June 2003, Ken served as the Northern Zone EP Manager in Chicago responsible for 11 offices. In 2003, Ken gained additional responsibilities for the remaining Northern Zone Chubb Specialty Insurance (CSI) practices including Department of Financial Institutions, ChubbPro, and Health Care. From 2008 to January 2016, Ken served as the Western Territory Manager of Chubb’s specialty business, accountable for team results in 22 offices and one-half of Chubb’s specialty insurance revenue in the U.S. Ken was appointed to his current role of Global Client Executive shortly after the ACE acquisition of Chubb in January 2016. In this role, Ken manages key Chubb client relationships to service their needs both domestically and globally. Ken credits his success to the many leaders he has worked with, and he seeks to pass on his knowledge and experience through coaching and mentoring others. Ken, having served as chair of Chubb’s Multicultural Development Council, states: “My belief is that as more diverse individuals progress through the lattice of an organization, the more that organization benefits from a diversity of thought and leadership.”
