Background

About Kenneth Tibarn

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. My academic foundation in systems design, implementation, and management enables me to bridge the gap between technology and business operations—leveraging data analytics and process improvement to drive strategic decision-making. Currently, I provide frontline IT support in an educational setting, addressing a wide range of technical issues from hardware and software troubleshooting to classroom technology support. I manage installations, maintain user accounts and devices, and ensure smooth day-to-day tech operations across the school environment. I’m also involved in larger IT initiatives, collaborating with team members to deliver scalable, efficient solutions that support both staff and student needs. With a strong focus on customer service and technical excellence, I aim to bring clarity and functionality to complex IT challenges—helping organizations integrate technology more effectively into their core processes.
