More than 40 years of industrial experience. Twenty-eight years as supervisor of instrumentation and electrical system installations in the petro-chemical industries. This includes upgrades of 15kv and 5kv switchgear and transformers, as well as 480v motor control centers and turnkey DCS systems. Process control power and instrumentation installation utilizing 120 volt and 24 volt systems. Voice communication and computer networking systems, which also includes fiber optics and component parts. Many variations of installations, including conduit, wires, hook up, and final client acceptance. These responsibilities have included cost estimating and material procurement, man power staffing and management, project scheduling and tracking. Involvement in constructability reviews of designs, supervised actual construction, as well as oversee final commissioning of the completed systems. Hands-on experience at all levels of these activities, with a working knowledge of every task required. Experienced in computer applications including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). A working knowledge of computers (DCS, SIS, and PLC) for hardware assembly, software utilization, and network connections.
