About Kenneth Williams

Information Technology & Cyber‑Operations Leader With 15 + years of experience in DoD‑grade IT environments, I specialize in designing, deploying, and securing virtualized infrastructures, cyber‑ranges, and mission‑critical networks. My track record spans large‑scale VMware deployments, end‑to‑end network architecture for Marine Corps units, and senior‑level project management in fast‑paced, highly regulated settings. I bring a data‑driven, Agile mindset to every project: from cost‑trade studies and feasibility analyses to continuous delivery of ITIL‑aligned service desks. I’ve managed multi‑million‑dollar budgets, led cross‑functional teams of 20+ engineers, and delivered solutions that consistently exceed SLA targets and regulatory requirements. Retired United States Marine with Master’s in IT Management (Magna Cum Laude), and key certifications including VMware Certified Professional (Data Center Virtualization), Security+, and Network+. My passion is turning complex technical challenges into reliable, secure, and scalable systems that empower mission success
