For more than a year, I have been working as a night auditor at Homewood Suites by Hilton, a leading hospitality company that offers comfortable and convenient accommodations to travelers. With a bachelor's degree in ministry and a passion for serving others, I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the hotel industry, as well as a strong sense of teamwork, communication, and integrity. As a night auditor, I balance accounts, report financial discrepancies, resolve guest issues, and maintain a secure building. I also communicate with other hotel departments, provide daily reports to management and sales, and follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction. I utilize my auditing, customer service, and nonprofit leadership skills to perform my duties effectively and efficiently. I also leverage my public speaking, complex problem-solving, and active-listening skills to handle any challenges or opportunities that arise during the night shift.
