About Kenny Davidson

I have an extensive background in mortgages and finances, and I am currently a real estate agent and commercial mortgage professional. I sell and service residential, commercial, development and new home construction transactions. My strengths are in creating solutions to complete the real estate transaction. I am currently working on investor financing opportunities to help with clients looking for a short term real estate investment, and at the same time helping those with dings on their credit to attain reasonable mortgage rates and terms. There are those who need to get into a home, and those that need to down size to access their equity in their home; both these types of clients are in need of ideas/solutions that make sense and are affordable. I have started a program that can help and will become the standard in offering clients solutions that get them in (or out) of homes Specialties: negotiating commercialand residential transactions, marketing of properties for maximum exposure, finding and acquiring specific real estate needs, wants, researching commercial and residential properties, vast knowledge in specialty commercial and residential mortgage programs,
