At Uber, I led fraud investigations in highly regulated U.S. markets and handled international cases involving identity manipulation and document fraud, including regions like India and Brazil. I’ve audited agent work, trained new hires, and handled appeals involving trip spoofing, document forgery, and payout fraud. I’ve also started building internal tools to streamline processes for agents, because efficiency and integrity shouldn’t be at odds. Whether I’m resolving a single case or improving a system, I take ownership. I ask the hard questions, look for patterns that others miss, and push for the best every time.
