About Kenny Lundgren

I am a retired Fire Captain from a municipal fire department looking to build and scale my real estate business, teach my kids the value of time, and continue to give back. We believe in people before profits and have a soft spot for children with special needs, cancer and our veterans. KCL Property Solutions is a family owned and operated business. We purchase single family homes and small apartment complex. However, we specialize in single family properties that need repairs, updating or even severely distressed. We assist the homeowner by removing the burden, and putting money in their pocket. This is achieved by purchasing the property at a fair and equitable price for all parties involved. If a homeowner has a unique situation, We will see if we can come up with a solution to their problem. I am a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and property manager. I raise capital for real estate projects in emerging markets. We offer better than average market returns secured with real estate and life insurance. I have been investing in real estate since January 2019
