I am a highly experienced event coordinator and manager who has worked in the arts and entertainment industry for over 15 years, primarily in the film, tv and event production. Excellent communication with impressive interpersonal and logistical problem solving skills as well as a proven ability to manage and complete projects to required deadlines and to the highest standards, adapting quickly when grasping new systems and procedures if and when required. I have worked on events with budgets of between 100K to 200K plus- I am an experienced event/production coordinator and manager having worked on productions of varying sizes and budgets for companies such as Universal, Disney/Miramax, the BBC and Sky- I have a great understanding of the tv and film process - from devising and developing to pre-production through production into post-production and finally into distribution or broadcast- I have managed an annual Festival which had a budget of 200K plus and a footfall of around 600 people per year- I am very IT literate with experience of standard software packages, such as Microsoft and Adobe, but also with more specific, industry based packages such as audio and video editing as well as creative writing and scheduling software. I am also an optioned screenwriter with three projects currently in development.
