Kenny Takeuchi is the Vice President and Japan Country Manager at DocuSign, Inc, where he leads the company’s growth strategy, go-to-market execution, partner motion, and customer success across Japan. With over 15 years of leadership experience in the SaaS and technology sector, Kenny has built a strong track record of scaling start-ups into established regional businesses, building high-performing Enterprise / Commercial Sales organizations, and driving sustainable growth. His expertise spans field operations leadership, partner alliance management, and deep engagement with global system integrators, digital agencies, and local SI ecosystems. Previously, Kenny founded and led Databricks Japan, where he established and scaled the Japan business in the rapidly growing Data + AI market, serving as Country Manager. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director, Commerce Cloud at Salesforce Japan, where he achieved exponential growth in just 3.5 years, firmly establishing the business as a market leader. Earlier in his career at Adobe, Kenny closed the largest enterprise deal in the company’s history and was named Partner Manager of the Year (2014) for his success in building the alliance ecosystem for the Marketing Cloud business in Japan. Kenny also brings unique cross-cultural leadership experience, having overseen a 400+ FTE offshore operation in India for a major Japanese manufacturing company, enhancing efficiency, innovation, and global collaboration.
