About Kenny Thacker
After working in the construction field for 25yrs and the big bubble burst in the housing industry. My wife and I decided to buy a local homebrew shop called Fermentation Trap. I have been running the store for three years now and love the hobby and all the new people I get to meet. Last spring I decided to open a brewery here at the store. My wife came up with the name "Beer Hound Brewery" incorporating the logo from the store into the brewery. We officially opened the brewery on Oktober 13th 2012. We have been getting great feedback and support from the local community. I hope one day to have the pleasure of pouring you a pint. Cheers
